How you earn points
Questions about the loyalty programme
It's our way of thanking you for your trust. You collect points on every order, move up through the Bronze, Silver and Gold levels, and turn your points into real rewards.
You don't need to do anything extra. Your first order automatically enrols you in the programme. You can see your status in your account, under Loyalty programme.
The main source is your orders: 2 points for every €1. You can earn extra points for referring a friend, reviewing a product, completing a year of your subscription, and you also get a bonus based on your level.
Your level is determined by the value of your orders over the last 12 months. You reach Silver from €150 and Gold from €300. The higher your level, the more points and benefits you get.
Points for an order appear in your account as soon as it's completed. Points for a referral are credited once the friend you invited orders their first pack.
In your account, under Loyalty programme, click Redeem next to each reward. You can then use the reward (for example a discount) on your next order.
Log in to your account and open the Loyalty programme section. You'll see your available points, your level, your progress to the next level, and your coupons.
