This page explains which cookies and similar technologies are used by the sanazia.com online shop, what they are for, how long they are kept and how you can set or reject them at any time. The website is operated by IB products s.r.o., Pri šajbách 1, 831 07 Bratislava, IČO 55336809 (hereinafter "we"). The processing of personal data is described in a separate Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores in your browser. On your next visit, the browser sends it back, so the site recognises you and does not forget, for example, the contents of your cart or your login. Besides cookies, we also use the browser's local storage (localStorage), which works similarly but is not sent to the server.
How consent works on sanazia.com
On your first visit, a bar appears with three options: Accept all, Necessary only and Settings, where you can switch individual categories on or off. Until you give consent, no measurement or advertising script is loaded. We use Google Consent Mode v2 with a default state of "denied", so Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel do not process any data without your consent.
We remember your choice in the sanazia_cookies cookie for 1 year. You can change it at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
Categories of cookies we use
1. Necessary (always on)
Without these, the online shop does not work: they hold the contents of your cart, your login to the customer account, payment security and your cookie choice. Their legal basis is our legitimate interest in the website's operation; consent is not required for them.
- sanazia_session, login to the account; valid until logout or until the login expires (HttpOnly, not accessible to scripts).
- sanazia_cookies, stored consent choice; 1 year.
- Browser local storage, cart contents, chosen way of buying (one-off or subscription), unfinished answers in the free test and its recommendation. Stays in your browser until you delete it.
- Test (RevenueHunt), if the test runs via an external tool, it stores a cookie with your answer so that you do not have to fill it in again after reloading the page. Deleted with the "Retake the test" button.
- Stripe payment gateway, security cookies during payment (fraud protection). Details are given in the Stripe Privacy Policy.
2. Analytics (consent only)
These help us understand which pages and products interest visitors and where the website is failing. The data is aggregated; we do not identify a specific person from it.

3. Marketing (consent only)
These are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising and to allow us to show you our products on Facebook or Instagram as well.

We deliberately do not use session-recording tools (Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity) on sanazia.com.
How to reject or delete cookies
- Click Cookie settings in the footer and switch off analytics or marketing cookies. The change takes effect immediately.
- You can delete cookies in your browser or block them entirely (Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies; Safari: Preferences → Privacy; Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security). Blocking necessary cookies, however, will make it impossible to complete a purchase.
- You can also restrict tracking by advertising networks directly in your Google or Meta account settings.
Data transfers outside the EU
Google and Meta may also process data from analytics and marketing cookies in the USA. The transfer relies on the European Commission's adequacy decision (the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) and on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights and contact
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected, erased or its processing restricted, the right to data portability and the right to object. You can withdraw your consent to analytics and marketing cookies at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal. This policy is effective from 6. 9. 2026. We update it whenever the tools we use change, and we will ask for your consent again in the event of a material change.
