We don't start with a name on a label, but with a specific raw material. We choose standardised extracts and well-researched nutrient forms, where we know exactly how much active substance they contain and what the research says about them. One example among many: ashwagandha in the form of KSM-66® (one of the most clinically studied extracts), not an anonymous powder of unknown origin.

We guarantee the dose for the entire shelf life, not just on the day of manufacture.

Fewer ingredients, but in doses and forms that make sense

We don't try to cram thirty substances into a single tablet. We take the opposite approach: fewer ingredients, higher doses and forms the body absorbs better (for example chelated and liposomal). We'd rather have two capsules with an honest dose than one that only looks good on the label.

No unnecessary fillers, colourants or preservatives. The capsule contains only what's meant to be there.

We don't trust the label. We trust the laboratory.

Before a batch reaches you, it goes through checks. Three things we verify:

An active substance only has value once it reaches where it's meant to act

A vitamin or mineral doesn't help the body just by being swallowed. It has to be absorbed. That's why we choose forms with good bioavailability (the body's ability to absorb and use the substance) and set doses so the body gets a functional amount.

Our sachets keep the contents stable until the moment you open your dose, and they are 100% biodegradable.
