Extract from Serenoa repens (Saw Palmetto), 200 mg (standardised to 45% fatty acids), capsule: hypromellose (plant-based), excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate.
The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule a day. Take the capsule with or after a meal, ideally during the day (e.g. at lunch). Take with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
