Sanazia Electrolytes contain a combination of macro- and microminerals enriched with supporting substances. The daily dose (6 tablets) provides trace minerals from the ConcenTrace® complex (1530 mg), chloride (800 mg), potassium (590 mg), sodium (270 mg), magnesium (250 mg) in the form of bisglycinate and mineral sources, sulphate (110 mg), kelp seaweed extract (100 mg), taurine (100 mg), alfalfa leaf extract (50 mg), iron (5 mg) in the form of bisglycinate, and vitamin B6 (2 mg) in the form of pyridoxal-5-phosphate. The composition also includes boron (2 mg). The excipients are technological ingredients needed to manufacture the tablets.
The recommended daily dose is 4 to 6 tablets a day, spread throughout the day, ideally with food. Electrolytes are particularly suitable for use during increased physical exertion, sweating, or periods of increased mineral needs. Take the tablets with plenty of fluids.
WHAT MAKES SANAZIA ELECTROLYTES DIFFERENT FROM ORDINARY SUPPLEMENTS
Electrolytes and trace minerals are essential for proper hydration, the nervous system, muscle function and energy metabolism. Sodium and chloride regulate fluid volume outside cells, potassium affects the fluid balance inside cells, and magnesium is involved in hundreds of enzymatic reactions, including muscle work and energy production. Trace minerals from the ConcenTrace® complex supply the microelements needed for metabolic processes, hormonal balance and cell function. Taurine supports fluid regulation and nerve signalling, vitamin B6 contributes to normal function of the nervous system and metabolism, iron supports the formation of red blood cells and oxygen transport, and boron is involved in regulating mineral balance. Physical exertion and sweating increase the loss of these substances, which is why replenishing them is important for maintaining performance and recovery.
Sanazia Electrolytes combine the main electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, chloride) with trace minerals and supporting substances in one comprehensive formula. Magnesium is also used in the bisglycinate form, which is well tolerated and bioavailable. Potassium is bound to a citrate and chloride form, which supports its efficient use in the body. The tablet form allows precise dosing and flexible use throughout the day, with no added sugar.
